1. General
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by XtremeHD IPTV UK ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "the customer"). By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Subscription
Our subscriptions are offered for fixed terms of 3, 6 or 12 months. After the subscription period expires, it will not be renewed automatically. You will need to purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue using the service.
Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full before the subscription is activated. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfer.
Activation
Your subscription will be activated within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation. You will receive your login credentials by email. If you have not received them within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds are given for unused time outside the 14-day money-back guarantee period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
3. Usage Rules
By using our service you agree to the following rules:
- Personal use only: Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be resold, sublicensed or shared with persons outside your household.
- No recording: You may not record, download or redistribute streamed content unless expressly permitted by the content owner.
- No abuse: You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with our infrastructure.
- Simultaneous streams: The number of concurrent streams is limited to the number specified in your plan (1, 2 or 3 screens). Exceeding this limit may result in account suspension.
- Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with persons outside your household is prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username and password with anyone outside your household.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will assist you in securing your account as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
5. Liability
We strive to provide a stable and high-quality service at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We are not liable for:
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
- Channel or content availability changes by third-party providers
- Issues arising from the customer's own internet connection or equipment
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We do not produce, own or distribute any of the content available through our service. We act solely as a technical delivery platform. All content rights remain with their respective owners.
6. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of a significant change that materially affects your subscription, we will inform you via email.
We may also update our pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by price changes during the current subscription period.
